Tim Jones
Managing Director and Responsible Manager
Tim is a founding director of Wholesale Securities and is instrumental in its growth and development of real estate syndication and investments. His background as an investment banker at Macquarie, has seen him work within Cape Bouvard Investments, the Sarich Family office, valuation and finance, as well as property investment and development.
As a professional property investor, he has over 30 years’ experience in negotiating acquisitions, overseeing the development of properties, funds and asset management. Tim is a responsible manager under the Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
Kieran Berry
Director
Kieran is a seasoned investor and wealth manager with over a decade of experience across various asset classes. He is a strong advocate for independence, client focus, and top-tier asset selection in his work as a business owner and professional investor. Kieran co-founded and successfully grew his wealth management firms at Shaw and Partners before launching his current wealth management services at RiverX Investment Management.
Starting from humble beginnings, Kieran built a wealth management business that ranked among the top advisors at his previous firm. His extensive network within the wealth management industry has provided him access to a variety of exclusive investment opportunities for his clients.
Greg Salter
Executive Consultant Concept Design & Permit Application Management
Greg commencing at Cameron Chisholm & Nicol (CCN) in 1980, becoming a Director in 1994 and Managing Director 1999 – 2011 helping to develop the team of over 50 staff. He personally directed teams for the redevelopment of Karrinyup and Armadale Shopping Centre, and as JV architects, the redevelopment the old Metropolitan Market Site in Perth and the first two stages of Lakeside Joondalup.
Since 2013 Greg worked as executive consultant to Paterson Architects where he helped gain development approval for Perth’s first high rise CBD timber hybrid office building and special control area approval for a proposed West Perth town centre development.
Greg has a keen interest in urban design and assessing development potential of sites for various land uses.
Jon Cheesbrough

Jon brings an extensive range of skills and experience across the realm of project and development management. With over 15 years of experience across a vast range of asset classes, he has a high level of accumulated knowledge across his portfolio of works.
His expertise extends through every element of the development cycle; from acquisitions, advisory, conceptual design, detail design to contract negotiation and construction management. Jon’s reputation and attention to detail has resulted in countless successes throughout his career. He is renowned for his diligence and expansive understanding of the entire industry.
JeremY Danon
Manager of AFSL & Compliance
Jeremy Danon has extensive experience across a wide section of financial services. He has been complemented with memberships of the Governance Institute of Australia (Fellow), the Chartered Governance Institute (Fellow), Chartered Accountants Australia / New Zealand and the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisers Association (Master Practitioner Member).
Jeremy is on the judging panel of the Australian Accounting Awards, is sponsored by Accountants Daily, as well as the principal of Ariel & Associates. Jeremy has over twenty years experience with domestic and international experience and has undertaken compliance work in a variety of businesses and industries.
Marco Russo
Accountant - External Advisor
Marco, CPA and managing partner of Regency Partner, is a trusted finance professional with a diverse range of experience.
Marco has a wealth of experience in the property & construction industry, particularly in the areas of financial modelling, cash flow management, taxation, strategy, and due diligence. Marco will assist with the delivery of value enhancing financial and commercial solutions.
David Jones
Fund Accountant & External Consultant
David holds a Master of Professional Accounting (W. Aust) and is a registered Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience providing exceptional service to our clients. David’s focus is on business advisory and financial modelling.
With accreditations in Syft, Power BI, Futrli and Xero, David has delivered live data integrated forecasts and management dashboards. He also has extensive experience in delivering bespoke forecast models that have help our clients access over $20 million in funding for their businesses.
